10th and 12th marksheets and certificates (originals + 2 copies each)
PPMET 2026 admit card and scorecard
Category certificate (SC/ST/BC/Sports) if applicable
Migration certificate if from outside Punjab board
Medical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor
8-10 passport-size photographs (recent, same as application)
Aadhar Card / Voter ID (original + copy)
