Documents for PPMET 2026 Application Form

The following documents are required while filling the PPMET 2026 online application form. All documents must be in digital (scanned) format:

Scanned signature in black ink on white paper (5-20KB)
Class 10 marksheet (for date of birth verification)
Class 12 marksheet or Board appearing certificate

Documents Required on PPMET 2026 Exam Day

On the day of PPMET 2026 exam, carry the following documents. Entry to exam center without these documents will not be permitted:

Documents for Final College Reporting After PPMET Seat Allotment

After PPMET 2026 seat allotment, report to the allotted college with these documents. Missing any document can result in seat cancellation:
